Lars Mikkelsen-1Lars Dittmann Mikkelsen was born 6 May 1964. He is a Danish actor who has played Troels Hartmann the Copenhagen's mayoral candidate in The Killing. [1] Charles Augustus Magnussen was the third season of Sherlock. Viktor Petrov, the Russian president, was featured in American House of Cards. Star Wars Rebels featured Grand Admiral Thrawn as Thrawn. He was given the Reumert Prize of Honour in 2011. At 27 years old He was enrolled at the National Theatre School of Denmark. He graduated from that school in 1995. He was also featured in The Killing's drama. Then, he was a part of Borgen III and Those Who Kill and Those Who Kill, both internationally acclaimed Danish drama series. He played the role of President of Russia in an episode of the BBC drama Sherlock. In 2018 he was honored with an International Emmy Award. His part in Danish TV drama Herrens Veje was rewarded with an International Emmy Award. The show aired in the UK in 2019 as Ride Upon the Storm.
