Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny on the 3rd of February is an American actress. In the 1980s, she gained a cult following through her performances on various television shows. The actress was famous as a glamorous character. Fairchild was first noticed in her role on the CBS Daytime soap drama Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. In her first role as the actress playing Jenna Wade, she made her first appearance on the CBS daytime soap opera Dallas in the year 1978. Later she landed an important role in The NBC drama Flamingo Road (1980), which won her an Golden Globe Award as Best Actress - Television Series - for that show. The following year, she was a co-star in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls as well as a role in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 to the year 1986. Fairchild was also a part of theatre and appeared as a guest in television comedies including Murphy Brown (for which she received a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in a Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill and Friends. She is also an SAG-AFTRA board member.
